Yes! Everyone is welcome, and there's no cost to join us.

Do I have to come to Run Club first?
Not at all. You're welcome to stop by even if you didn't run.

Do I have to do the ice baths?
Nope. They're completely optional. Plenty of people come just to relax, grab a coffee, and enjoy the atmosphere.
