Lucky Bean Rewards Terms

Lucky Bean Rewards is the free loyalty program for Lucky Bean Coffee. These terms explain how members earn and use Bean Bucks at participating Lucky Bean locations and through supported Lucky Bean ordering channels.

Joining and identifying your account

To earn or use Bean Bucks, a purchase must be connected to your Lucky Bean Rewards account. Please use the same account information when ordering in the app or identifying yourself at the register. Showing a member code identifies your account; it does not, by itself, select or apply a reward to a purchase.

Earning Bean Bucks

The current earning rate is 10 Bean Bucks for each $1 of eligible spending in a transaction, as calculated by Square. Eligible purchases at participating Lucky Bean locations can earn Bean Bucks when the purchase is connected to your account. If Bean Bucks are missing, you may request them through an available missed-purchase process, subject to verification and Square's program rules.

Returned or refunded purchases may result in the associated Bean Bucks being removed or adjusted.

Using Bean Bucks

Available rewards, their Bean Bucks requirements, and any item-specific conditions are shown in the current rewards menu or at checkout. A reward must be selected and applied to an eligible purchase through a supported checkout or by the cashier. Rewards depend on item availability and the conditions displayed for that reward. Taxes, tips, upgrades, and modifications may require an additional payment where applicable.

Bean Bucks and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are intended for the member's own use and may not be sold.

Expiration

Bean Bucks do not expire. An individual coupon or limited-time promotional offer may have its own stated redemption deadline; that deadline does not change the expiration policy for Bean Bucks.

Special offers and program changes

Occasional promotions may have separate eligibility, limits, and dates shown with the offer. They are not part of the standard Bean Bucks earning rule unless expressly stated.

Lucky Bean may update reward choices, point requirements, or other program features. We will publish material changes and provide any notice required by law. We may correct account errors or address suspected misuse, while honoring applicable law.
